Generic Tracrium with the chemical and generic name Atracurium is a drug in injection form that is applied at the time of surgical procedure. Its primary purpose is to unwind and calm down the skeletal muscles (muscles that are joined at either or both ends to a bone and hence move parts of the skeleton) and to facilitate endotracheal intubation. It is a neuromuscular inhibiting medicinal drug. Generic Tracrium is usually used in conjunction with anesthesia. As with any category of prescription drugs, there are a number of potential side effects that are infrequently linked with usage of Atracurium.

Generic Tracrium is indicated as an adjuvant treatment to general anesthesia, to make easy endotracheal intubation and to deliver relaxation of skeletal muscles all through the surgery or mechanical respiration through ventilators.
